Some at-home blood tests use collection methods that limit what they can accurately measure. mOI is built the other way around. A trained specialist comes to your home or a location convenient to you between 8am and 2pm, Monday to Wednesday, draws from the vein for the most accurate sample, and takes care of everything from there.

Why centrifugation matters

Once blood is drawn, the clock starts. Spinning the vials shortly after collection separates the serum from the blood cells at exactly the right moment, before anything has a chance to degrade and skew your results. Our phlebotomist does it there and then, so your samples arrive in the best possible condition.

Handled end-to-end

Your phlebotomist takes your kit straight to the post office for dispatch by registered mail. Tracked from the moment it leaves your door, with same-day dispatch wherever possible, so your sample reaches the lab quickly and safely. No postboxes, no guesswork, no clinic trips.

Biobanking

Every sample you contribute is stored securely in our consented biobank. Your data helps build a deeper understanding of autoimmune conditions, contributing to research that could improve diagnosis and treatment for millions of people. You stay in control: your consent can be updated or withdrawn at any time.

Make the most of your visit

Your phlebotomist comes to you and takes your blood in one visit. The £99 home visit is a fixed cost, added as a separate line item at checkout. Combine multiple blood tests into a single appointment, and the cost per test drops compared to booking each one separately. Fewer visits, less admin, better value.
