On Your Terms
Build continuous care into your practice.
Offer ongoing care to your patients between appointments.
You decide
- What care you offer
- How you deliver it
- What you charge
mOI provides
- The patient app
- The clinician platform
- Booking and payments
You pay
- £0 to join

We take a share only on what you charge through mOI: continuous care subscriptions, virtual appointments and paid content.
Care you provide in your own clinic is never included. You’ll see our share before you set your price.
How it works.
Get verified
GMC or HCPC, checked by a person. Usually within two working days.
Invite a patient
By link or code. Works whether or not they already have an account.
See, and act
Their data arrives structured. You set the alerts and the care plan.
Your patient can also invite you. The invite runs both ways.
Free to join, free to use, and free as you grow.
No contract, no licence fee, no charge per patient. This is the model, not an introductory offer. We earn only if you choose to offer continuous care, and only from that.
Privacy, security and responsibility.
Your patients decide what you see, and every access to their data is recorded. mOI Health is a Class I medical device registered with the MHRA and UKCA marked, and OtoImmune is registered with the ICO (ZB862860).
- Built to recognised standards. Our quality management system follows ISO 13485, the international standard for medical device quality, and our software is developed in line with IEC 62304. Additional certifications are in process.
- Patients choose what to share. They give you access directly, choose which parts of their record you can see, and can withdraw access at any time.
- Access is controlled and logged. Clinician accounts use two-factor authentication, every record view is recorded, and practice staff can manage appointments without seeing health records.
- Data is encrypted and held in the UK. Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in the UK. If a patient connects a wearable, that data is processed by our integration partner in Germany.
- Our outputs are informational. They augment your clinical judgement, they do not replace it.
- Monitoring alerts fire on criteria you configure. Nothing is decided for you.
- Clinical notes stay in your own system, under your own regulatory duty.
- Independent oversight. We process data under UK GDPR, with an independent Data Protection Officer.

Questions consultants actually ask.
Am I the responsible clinician? What am I taking on?
Nothing changes about who is responsible for your patient’s care. You remain responsible for the patients you treat and for your own clinical decisions, exactly as you are today. mOI Clinical is a record and communication tool. It does not create a duty to monitor your patient continuously, and it is not an urgent or emergency channel. Patients are told clearly that mOI is not for urgent problems and where to go instead.
Alerts fire on criteria you set, and they surface information rather than interpret it. You choose when to look, normally before an appointment you were already having. Your clinical notes stay in your own system, under your own regulatory duty, and your usual indemnity arrangements apply to the care you provide. If you are unsure how your indemnifier views remote monitoring, we are happy to provide a description of the service for them.

What happens to my patients if I stop using mOI Clinical?
Your patients keep their record. It is theirs, not ours and not yours, and it stays with them whether or not you continue. If you stop, they simply stop sharing with you, and any continuous care subscription they hold with you ends in line with the notice you have agreed with them.
Do you take a cut of what I charge my own patients?
No. There is no licence fee, no fee per patient and no contract. If you give continuous care as part of your normal practice and charge nothing for it, we take nothing.
We take a share only of what you choose to sell through mOI: continuous care subscriptions, virtual appointments booked and delivered on our platform, and any paid content or programmes you publish. We take nothing on care you provide in your own room or bill through your own practice.

How much time does this take per patient, per month?
mOI Clinical is designed to enable you to efficiently monitor patients, reducing your burden, enabling more efficient care and also allowing you to benefit from monetisation streams not previously available to you.
Your patient’s data arrives structured and summarised, so instead of piecing together what has happened since you last met, you read a short summary before an appointment you were already having. Nothing lands in your inbox demanding a response, and you set the alert criteria yourself, so you decide what is worth surfacing.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. No licence fee, no fee per patient, no cap and no contract..
How do you verify clinicians?
We verify your identity by matching photo ID to a live face capture and to your register entry; your registration and licence to practise, directly with the GMC, HCPC, NMC or GPhC (as applicable) alongside confirming your insurance and other details. Right to work and DBS checks apply where the role requires them.
We verify everything against the original source rather than relying on a certificate or on what you tell us, and a person makes the final decision, normally within two working days.
We then re-check registration, licence and indemnity quarterly and at renewal dates. Your profile shows what we checked and when.
At no stage will we describe you as endorsed by mOI- but we will confirm to users that you have passed our verification checks

What can I see about my patient?
Whatever they choose to share: symptoms and PROMs, disease activity scores over time, medications and whether they were actually taken, test results from mOI and elsewhere in one timeline, wearable data, and, where the patient has it, their genome. Alerts fire on the criteria you configure.
Do your alerts interpret the data?
No. We surface, we do not interpret. Alerts are rule-based and fire on thresholds you set. Clinical judgement stays with you.
Does my patient have to pay?
No. mOI membership is free for your patients and stays free. They pay only if they buy a test, buy coaching, or take up a continuous care subscription you offer.
When is mOI Clinical available?
We are launching later this year and running pilots now. If you would like to take part, book a walkthrough or email us.
